NES Collector App respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the NES Collector App Chrome extension processes and how it is used.
Information We Process
Collection and Wishlist
NES Collector App stores your collection and wishlist status using Chrome Sync storage. The stored information consists of NES game identifiers and whether a game is marked as owned or added to your wishlist.
Chrome may synchronize this information across browsers where you are signed in and Chrome synchronization is enabled.
NES Collector App does not send your collection or wishlist contents to the NES Collector App backend.
eBay Listing Information
When you visit a supported eBay listing page, NES Collector App processes information from the page in order to identify the NES game, calculate listing prices, and display collection and market information.
The extension may process the listing URL, title, condition, current item price, shipping information, and calculated total price locally in your browser.
Only the listing title, condition, and current item price are sent to the NES Collector App backend for game recognition and market comparison.
The listing URL, shipping information, seller information, full page content, and your eBay account information are not sent to the NES Collector App backend.
Market Data
NES Collector App communicates with api.nescollector.app to retrieve market information for NES games.
When market data is requested from the collection page, the catalog game identifier may be sent to the NES Collector App backend.
Standard network information, such as an IP address and browser-provided HTTP headers, may accompany requests as part of normal Internet communication.
Cookies and Authentication
NES Collector App does not read or write cookies, access your eBay authentication information, or send authentication tokens or API keys.
NES Collector App does not require a NES Collector App user account.
Analytics and Advertising
NES Collector App does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or tracking cookies within the extension.
Data Sharing
NES Collector App does not sell user data.
NES Collector App does not use or transfer user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to the extension's functionality.
Third-Party Services
NES Collector App operates on supported eBay listing pages and may provide links to eBay listings. Your use of eBay is subject to eBay's own terms and privacy practices.
Collection and wishlist information stored using Chrome Sync may be synchronized by Chrome according to your Chrome settings and Google's applicable privacy practices.
Payments
NES Collector App does not process payments.
Data Retention and Control
Collection and wishlist information remains in Chrome storage until it is changed or removed by the user, or otherwise removed through Chrome.
NES Collector App does not maintain a server-side copy of your collection or wishlist.
